I do wonder if this should be referred to as an error or a variety. Engraving the smaller plate number for use at the FW facility was a mistake, but the note is certainly printed as made without error. Just semantics, as it doesn't change what it is, but I'm just thinking (typing) out loud.

Maybe it could be a mule? A back plate was used that was not intended. John1

For those not aware when it comes to the series 1995 Fort Worth bp295 engraving error I noticed that on the H-E Block Run 9 ~ the right half (16 notes) of Sheet #142966 was printed with the Overprint on back error.
Of the 16 notes printed I have two of them now certified by PMG, s/n H57542966E is graded VF25 & H55942966E graded Gem 66EPQ.
With each note I made a customized census chart showing both confirmed serial numbers and the 14 serial numbers currently awaiting confirmation.
When time permits I will try to resize the pics to under 300kb.
