The nose an ear are Machine Doubling. It looks like you have a rim to bust die crack. Also a die chip on the head. The cracks are die events. The Machine Doubling is a post Strike event. But pretty common to find on the single squeeze dies.

I see the die crack too, but to be clear it is likely that many other cents were also struck with that same cracked die.
