Yours is a great example of the former. Also note the pushed metal on the 'O' on ONE. Looks like strong contact with the Machine Doubling on that device. The moved metal is like during snow removal, the snow get taller as it is pushed into a different location. That is what is happening on that device. It is being moved by the machine.
