looks like MD to me. all the 'doubling is causing the devices to be narrowed and are all moving in one direction (East). It's possible that the die bounced and moved a tiny bit before the secondary hit.

@ilm, Machine Doubling is step-like and reduces the width of the letters whereas a doubled die will have wider letters and typically split serifs. Yours is a great example of the former.

All fits MD, with the exception of the F in OF and the C in AMERICA, those are a bit confusing.

Keep in mind that the angle hitting on the devices change as the design moves around the coin. Also note the pushed metal on the 'O' on ONE. Looks like strong contact with the Machine Doubling on that device. The moved metal is like during snow removal, the snow get taller as it is pushed into a different location. That is what is happening on that device. It is being moved by the machine.
