I'm looking at this 1921 Peace. Any estimates on the grade and condition? Thanks, Brian

Very hard to tell with these photos. Can you take it out of the plastic and take different photos with different lighting? First glance, maybe overdipped.

Agree it is hard to tell from the pics if cleaned but the details would suggest a grade of at least AU

In a perfect world, we could look at this coin under different lighting conditions, tilt it, etc. Hard to assess given the photos posted.

Images appear to be from a scan and is not gradable from images provided. Look under GOD as there appears to be the numbers 18. Sometimes a semblance of a letter will show from marks, but a 8 is unusual. My recommendation would be to pass unless there is a good return policy.

Agree, at least high AU sharpness, but it's hard to see the surface details and coloring well in these pics. What are your return privileges?

Looks like a cleaned coin. Also looks like it is in a slab.

Could be in a simple snap-tight plastic holder. Again, return privileges?

It does look like a problem coin, check the return policy for sure.
You can contact seller and ask for better photos, I've had success in the past.

Certainly not a coin I would buy based simply on these poor images.

Tough to tell from these pictures but as a general rule if a higher grade 1921 isn't in a slab it's very likely to be a problem coin. They are valuable enough that most end up at PCGS or NGC.

with too much glare to hide just about anything of the surfaces, this one is a pass. especially without a return policy. who knows whats going on on the obverse with all those dark patches
