Hey coop, just wondering what makes it a problem coin?
High end
Lincoln Cent collectors want problem-free, sharply struck coins. They would prefer not to have the large delamination on the obverse. A problem coin could be cleaned, scratched, or any distracting type of
PMD. I wouldn't necessarily categorize this coin as a "problem" coin, but it just applies to a different market. Neat find nonetheless, even though they are common on wheat cents.
