Hi yall. I got another one that I could use some help on. Being an artist I am very familiar with paradolia because I use it often when painting. But when it comes to my coins I often let it get The Best of Me. This coin here I found in circulation and and at1st it looked like it was just badly damaged but upon putting it under better light it looks like there may be other design elements. Thank you again for helping me out and looking at my coins I appreciate all feedback And opinions. the reason for all the pics is I tried to change the lighting a bit.

Just looks like a damaged cent that may have a bit of corrosion.
Don't see anything that would be considered an error.

When they look that bad, toss them back. Even if something was there, no one would want to own it. So even give a look. Ask yourself: "Would I buy this coin?" If the answer is no, throw it back. Spend time on good coins, not the junk stuff.

Sure looks like a lot of staining and toning. so much so, it's hard to make out the devices on it. Just a spender here.

I think your initial assessment was right on the mark.

At the risk of piling on....yes, looks like a good dose of post-strike damage with ample staining/emerging corrosion.
