Pulled three of these out of an uncirculated roll. I didn't see a listing for this one on Variety Vista or Coppercoins but it appears to be a "Stage A" match to Wexler's WRPM-023... maybe

My first thought is die ware. Can you find any attributions to the vertical scratches?

Vertical scratches are from die polishing. Looks like the location for a match to that die number. I used an envelope and measured with the 19 on the date and it hit the correct location on both images. I didn't check for markers as the die scratches weren't on the Wexler example. (His was a later die state example. But agree with the location and RPM features as a match.

Nice find! Dr. Dan might like to use it to update Wexler's listing for a stage A.

@sirguardian - I went by the description of markers on Wexler's site. The pictures on the site don't show the markers.

Obverse Stage A: A die scratch runs from NNW to SSE to the right of the bowtie. Numerous N/S die scratches above the date and above the RTY in LIBERTY.

Reverse Stage A: Die scratches to the right of the E of ONE, the lower scratch ends near the top of the right wheat stalk, the higher scratch ends under the M of UNUM. Die scratch above the T of CENT running NE under the E of ONE.
