Hello everyone, here's another quarter I picked up recently and was looking to get a consensus of its grade. Also I seem to note some hairlines and discolouration only in the legend. Has it possibly been dipped? Thanks for your help.

Dipped no, cleaned possibly.

I agree. Dipping will wash out the natural silver color.

I believe it was cleaned at some point years ago.
