Might be a WAM, pic needs to be better. As to value, it is nowhere near the same value as a 1992 CAM. The 1999 WAM is the hardest to find so is the most valuable in the WAM family. Check ebay sold values for an idea.

It is a 1998 WAM but condition will reduce the value.

These are the most common. (1998 and 2000) The 1999 is the harder on to find.

And the Close 1998-S and 1999-S are also the harder ones to find.

The better condition, the better the premium for these. The worse the condition, well you know the rest.

Yes, it's a Wide AM 1998, but as mentioned, it's less than ideal condition will hurt its value. Check eBays sold listings for similar coins and their value.
