Maybe a die crack under the D of Dime on the reverse. I also see an impact of a reeded coin on Roosevelts jaw line. There are radial flow lines of metal from a very worn out die set.
I see MD on most of the devices and impact hits on them as well.
Your scope can zoom in real good - too good, try backing off a little on the magnification.

Looks like extreme die wear, when this coin was struck. Also probably an example of Machine Doubling, and possible die polishing after a Feeder Finger Damaged die event.
1. It is not a DDO or DDR.
2. Not a premium coin.
3. Just a spender coin at this point.

I'm seeing Die Deterioration Doubling, mostly.

Your close ups are too close up and please work on cutting down the glare.

Better pics would help, but some Die Deterioration seems evident.
