In my quarter bank coin roll hunt (I normally get a roll when I take my 4 rolls of pennies back to the bank) I found A West Point Quarter with a Privy mark of V75. When I looked on line I found that this signifies 75th Anniversary of the D Day invasion of France during the 2WW. This is only the second West Point mintmark quarter I have found (the other was A Lowell). It really signifies the pleasure of the hobby and someday I'll find that big bucks coin. Let me know your thoughts and Regards!
Very nice find, but the V75 celebrates the 75th anniversary of the end of WWI in Europe. (the 'V' is for Victory) The war ended in 1945 - 75 years later = 2020 the date on the quarter.
