Better, cropped pics would help, especially if you can provide close-up images of the bands plus wherever you are seeing doubling with the coin in hand. Thx. Yes there are no steps on a dime to claim 'full steps' - you can find steps on Jefferson nickels and also on Memorial cent coins too.
