I've checked error-ref about MD.
On the upper right of AMERICA. Probably is MD but just looked like a different type of MD. I couldn't find something like it on their site but I could've over looked some clue. There's sure a lot of different types/causes.
No big deal but curious. Thanks for comments.

It is die flow lines on the devices. As the die ages, it leaves these lines just like it does on the fields with flow lines. Not a doubled as nothing is doubling. The scratches are on the devices on the die. This is a die event, not a doubled die.

To me, it looks like something a mint worker did not get polished completely away but very interesting looking, regardless.

I just thought it was interesting also but figured it had to be something like MD or DDD. Was sure I'd get the answer. That's why I joined CCF
