looks like pushed metal from side of B. Pictures of mint mark are too blurry to see.

Yes the metal on the letter B does look pushed over, but it is hard to tell if there might also be a tiny die crack going out to the rim.

I'll have to agree with both statements above. the MM pics are far too pixelated to see anything of interest.
and B just got hit and some metal was moved around.

I agree with just a small die crack left up to the B. The rest it is normal and no push material happened here. The follow photo will show you the new same die that OP coin is,
