How about full photos of both sides? Plus, your close up images are not sharp so it's hard to evaluate from these.

Much sharper pictures with less light exposure would help, from what I can see there is no doubling present.

Agree with John1. Given the images posted, I'm not seeing DDR characteristics.

The only doubling that I can see from these pics is the doubling in the Q of Quarter which is part of that reverse design and is on almost all 1971 quarters.

we need better in-focus images to evaluate your coin. If you manage to get better images, you can go back and edit your first sets and replace them with the better ones (just make sure to not re-use the already used file names.), However, I'm not really seeing any doubling on your coin yet.

You have an RDV-006 which it is the common reverse for this year. The "Q" in quarter is doubled more noticeable inner low. Also the the doubling in the lower leaves. This it is a master doubling find on all 1971 quarters. Hope help. Also the "U" in quarter is touch by the upper leave.

I will complete with this post.
John post the nice links. What I can not understand it is VV show an MD (errors could happened). The Wexler explain better and I agree the dies ages has a roll also.
I will complete to say that this hub was use from 1967 (inclusive SMS) till 1972. The most whish collectors coins are 1967 Phill and 1969-D which are rare. Then it is on the same variety design the 1968 PR which is scarce.
This it is for this year coin design variety.

To answer your question, there is no DD on any of your photos.

I will put here the OP photo (left) and the Wexler photo of the double Q in quarter. I have a better one but will take me to much time to adapt for forum. This and the lower leaves are the only hub doubling for this year. Die event doubling could be but I do not look for.

If you see seeing the 'N' on UNITED, that is Machine Doubling on that device. If they others are normal, then it is coin contact on that area. Looking at the outside/inside edges are where Machine Doubling and die wear is noticed towards the rim direction. Look for the spread on the centers of the devices, not on the outside/inside areas of the devices:
