Classic '55 Die Deterioration (and Die Deterioration Doubling)--those '55 dies took a beating. Hint of 'poor man's doubled die'. Also, appears to be a cracked skull. Possible die crack on the right wheat stalk--hard to be sure given the photos posted.
Extreme die wear. (Not DDD, that happens on Single squeeze dies) and circulation flattening.
Extreme die wear happens on both types of dies, but DDD is seen on the fields and not on the devices, because of the lower profiles of the devices on these single squeeze dies.
