Likely the product of a grease-filled die. Not uncommon.

That is just a minor Grease Filled Die, not a big deal.
Also you have split plating on the mm.

Agree--a grease issue. Looks like the mint mark is involved with split plating.

On the die the letter 'L' was filled in with grease (and I think the area by the rim too) so when it was time to strike this coin, the metal could not move into the void that would normally be there and not be struck.

Letters are not individually added. As others have mentioned, the Die was somehow filled with grease in the area of the L. Your CENT gains no monetary value for this, sorry.

Oh ok ty the ones I seen online that were Grease Filled Die were faded letters this one just looks like it was never even their that's why I asked thanks again

Mintmark is split plating issue on that device.
