Please improve your photos. With those pics we will not be able to help you. It is not the famous doubled die though.

Machine Doubling on '69 S coins is not uncommon. I have a few dozen of the more extreme examples. It's difficult to determine what you have given the posted pics. Would like to see the coin in-hand (but that won't be happening).

the big Doubling is extremely noticeable, as shown above.
Plesae try to work on your photos - posting up very blurry pictures does nothing to help us help you.

I agree, better images are required for us to make our educated guesses.
I also agree on that this coin is not struck by a doubled die.

Just Machine Doubling on the Liberty image area. Not the big DDO, which everyone thinks they are rolling in the money and looking for. Always look at all of the devices. One devices with an alteration does not make it a doubled die. All the spread will be seen on the real DDO:
