Hi I'm planning on weighing the coin tomorrow but I want your opinion is this silver and are the letter DDO thanks and I apologize my scope won't let me take pictures

With the copper showing on the edge, this is a normal clad coin and the doubling you're seeing is Machine Doubling. Worth 25c unfortunately. Good learning experience though!

Yes, looks to be Machine Doubling. The rim photo appears to show 'normal' cladding--not silver.

This is not a silver coin. it is a CuNi clad on a copper core quarter.
I see no doubling here, but then I'm not usually giving any images that are pictures of pictures of a coin. PLEASE post up the actual image not screen shots of your scope.

Most people here on CCF us the cameras built into their phones. Screen shots are too pixelated so please refrain from using it. You have posted enough to know we don't like screen shots. There is a whole section here on CCF devoted to coin photography, you might want to look them up.
