Given the images posted, it appears to be Machine Doubling. It's customary to post full, large and sharp pics of the obverse and reverse--helps us to get a feel for the full context of the coin and its possible issues. Thanks.

I apologize. I only have the ability to photograph with my phone at the moment which is an s20 ultra which unfortunately has a major hardware flaw regarding its ability to focus at certain distances and so only the exact point shown was anywhere close to in focus anyway but I have an extremely high ppi scanner and can use it to post better images later.

@mad, first welcome to CCF. Second, overall pics would help to confirm what you've got there but I will say that for your very first post, this close-up pic is really not bad at all.
