1957 D Washington FS-501 With Large RIDB

This is a working master die and is found on at least two working dies. It is explained here: http://www.doubleddie.com/1237745.html
This particular die has a very large RIDB. IMO these are not common on Washington quarters. It also has a split sherif rpm. Thanks for looking!

great find! I like the flow lines under the MM as well - they are very well defined. This was one tired die...

Welp, Finally got a FS-501 one with these exact diagnostics in a top grade. I've called it the Wishbone die crack reverse for years.

An excelent example of the use of the Die till will broke. The Anvil of this coin explain well by the stage why at the end of the productions 1956 to 1964 the Mint reuse the proof Anvils.

Interesting the secondary crack and his prlogment till the letters.

About the FS-501 I have nothing to say because it is the most controversed FS. IS Misplaced MM or Inverted MM?
