Grading An 1826 Halfpenny - Coin Community Forum

Kipster Valued Member United Kingdom 312 Posts	Posted 07/19/2022 10:36 am Afternoon all, Hope you haven't melted in the heat. It's a hot one in Blighty I recently acquired this little unit. I mistakenly thought I need an 1826 halfpenny for the collection, turns out I needed an 1825. Ho hum, mea culpa. A nice little one to move on at some point though. What would you say it's grading would be? Apart from the obvious mark on George's face, it's pretty clean in the field and lots of details on Britannia. I'd like to say gEF, but my eyes aren't that hot anymore. Report this Post to the Staff
