Not a doubled die. Circulation flattening.

Looks like it has taken a hit along with circulation wear.
Value is 1 cent.

PS
Correct terminology is Doubled die

An easy way to get immediate answers as to whether you have a doubled die, RPM, or OMM. Find them all listed here:
www.varietyvista.com

Scroll down, find the e-book for the coin you are looking for and take the links.

If yours is not listed then you probably have non-collectable doubling such as Machine Doubling or Die Deterioration Doubling (search these topics on this forum and at error-ref.com).

Not necessarily. It could be a new find.

Here is what a DDO-001 looks like this year/mint:
1971-Penny-Is-It-Possibly-A-Double-Die
1971-Penny-Is-It-Possibly-A-Double-Die
1971-Penny-Is-It-Possibly-A-Double-Die
1971-Penny-Is-It-Possibly-A-Double-Die
1971-Penny-Is-It-Possibly-A-Double-Die
Note the spread on the devices. The bases of the devices are wider on a doubled die.
