I inherited a small box of Indian Head cents from 1884 to 1909. They're not in any kind of flips and grade from Good to Very Fine. Should I put them all into 2x2s or just the better graded ones?

Keys are 1877,1909-S. Better dates are 1867,68,69,70,71,72. I would put the "better" ones in 2X2's. The others, like Wheats I have, I'd just put in a plastic cent container and store.

I can get flips for about 3 cents each, so I would put them in flips if I planned on keeping them, then 2x2 clear pages in a 3 ring binder. I don't every plan on attempting the IHC series, so no need to buy a dansco. I do have an old whitman that I have put some extras in, but they were in rough shape.

Look for an album, not a folder. Start a collection. It's fun to try to fill the entire album. Don't worry about the grades. That's for those with money that think of nothing but value, money, value, money. Make it a fun thing to do. It's a hobby so enjoy it. Ask friends, neighbors and/or relatives if they have any of those. Some day in the future you can worry about improving those coins if you want.
