my 1982 penny whats the damage to the rim called and that is a small die crack right how are they formed and are they collectible it weighs 3.1 grams am I right when I say that its a large date plus is that a doubled ear and sory about the on pic I dont no how to delet it the one showing the chin

The first image is a shot of a Jefferson nickel. We still need a full image of the obverse of the cent.

yes, first image not a CENT.
On the other images, I see a well circulated 1982 large date cent (what is the weight?) with common die cracks on the reverse in the normally found locations.

A crack on a die (Incuse) will leave a raised die crack on the coins it strikes. That is what you are seeing on your coin. Common die event as the die ages.
