Is This 1875 Seated Liberty Half Dollar Fake?

Broseph Pillar of the Community United States 979 Posts	Posted 07/29/2022 12:19 pm So my grandmother found this coin on the ground. Seems too good to be true. Maybe it is? It has strange oxidation, and smells like a brass house key. It doesn't have that smooth silver feel. Is this fake? Should I get it tested? I hate having coins scratched... Even if they are already scratched! Thoughts? I appreciate any input! Report this Post to the Staff
