The Pilgrim Half was minted in 1920 & 21 (mine is the 1920) and a total of 200,112 were minted that year. It celibrates 300 years of Pilgrims coming to America (1620 to 1920)! The coin is 30.61 MM and 90% Silver 10% copper. The obverse is a Pilgrim and the reverse is the Mayflower. Neat coin. Regards all. Report this Post to the Staff

I can't tell from the image lighting if I'm seeing rub on the high points or something else. Glad to hear you enjoy having it in your collection - that's what it's all about! One of the first two commemorative coins I added to my collection was a brilliant AU example of the 1920 Pilgrim Landing Tercentenary half dollar.
