Can't really tell Handski. Better pictures are needed of the date and IGWT.

Not seeing Doubling either. Perhaps better close up photos would help.

We will need better photos,less glare "put a filter over your light source" and better focus. Also,please properly crop pics before posting..we only need to see the coin not the background "it uses up server space needlessly" http://varietyvista.com/07%20Roosev...s%201957.htm

A closeup of that area is required.
From what I can see it may be caused by a worn die.
Also a Doubled Die is not an error, it is a variety.

Looks like DDD to me - you can see that the aparant 'doubling' is skewed towards the outside - to the rim. also mixed in with the moto and date you can see evidence of a tired die - the radial flow lines leading to the rim as well.

These are not single squeeze coins, so it is not DDD. For more information see the link below:

Die wear is what you are seeing on the date/motto area. This is not a mint error. But this is a silver coin and one that should be kept safe. With so many of these coins melted, the better ones should be saved.
