Still on the back of this coin it looks like in (
E- pluribus) the s is double struck I see two s's can anyone elaborate what it could possibly be, like an it's an double strike.

You have an 1982 cent struck with an reuse die. In 82 was like this due to change in base material change. Me I see two minor die chips. Is out of the question DD. No premium. Die Event.

That is a classic linear plating bubble plus those bumps all over are from the same issue of the copper and the zinc separating. A double strike would be when this coin would be struck once with the dies, but somehow got put back into the striking chamber and would have received a second strike from the dies. That would be a double strike, but your coin does not show any evidence of that happening. The date also looks to be a large date.

I agree with being a plating bubble try to push on the bubble to see movement

1982 LD copper plated zinc core with a plating blister. Also,the proper term is doubled die, just sayin'

These are not bubbles. They are plated over zinc dust. Thus affecting the coins surface. This was an issue for many years until they realized the issue of the plating over the dust. Why they don't flatten. spendable change unless you need it for hole filler in your album. But better ones can be found.
