Yes always fun to see a Magician's coin, as noted by the frog. There is likely a thin groove where the dime inserts into the pocket in the dent. I'm interested to see this piece.

Penny may have been hollowed out on one side (probably with a lathe) and the dime fitted in.

Most likely just a magician coin...however... is it a 1993-d or 2001-d?

1993-d muled with dime p113 strike it rich with pocket change 5th edition book. look at reverse of 1993-d Lincoln Cent. look for a 93-d Lincoln Cent with a dime reverse which will have same color and weight of normal Lincoln Cent on both sides as it was struck on a cent blank. Only 1 found so far. There was another on a 2001-d with a Roosevelt dime reverse sold for $114,000. Counterfeits exist for mule errors, most of which are made from altering genuine coins to make them look like a mule. The most common would be what are referred to as "magician coins," which is when two coins are essentially cut or ground down and then glued together to form a single coin which fool novices. https://www.PCGS.com/news/mule-mint...s-the-rarest

There is possibility for another to exist, but usually we consider these to be:
