@RAY: What I see: In front, or near the 1964 is normal design, nothing there. The stairs need a closer pic, but what I see it is not full steps.

Ray if you are going to declare a 'full-step' nickel in your heading, why would you not provide a pic that shows it? Am I missing something here? You provided close-ups of other useless items. SMH

@centsation, I'm asking you to take your responses down a notch. There are much nicer ways to get your point across. Thx.

Looks like an impaired proof to me.Proofs are expected to have full steps but this one does not look FS to me.

Personally I think the O P is trying to say it's some form of a DDO and isn't talking about the reverse at all

Going by the title it seems the OP is asking if it is FS or not.

With all the above, I think were looking at an impaired proof. Don't believe its a clean full steps coin.
Rest in Peace

I don't think it's a proof. Not struck fully on building, and the wire rim. And not FS.

No, is not false alarm is learning or achieve more experience. Keep in mind was 5 or 6 stairs according with the minting year. Here the first one is out. If you have one coin which has normal Mint nocks is ok.

With respect, @silviosi, I do not understand what you are saying, as often the case. "Normal Mint nocks"?
