on one of my 82 penny I hae a lot of them I have been saving every 82 cent I could find because I'm not totaly sure of to watch out on themine is it a small date I'm almost a 100 percent sur that it is

@pris, it looks to me like you have posted pics of a cent from 1988 rather than 1982. Usually when something like this happens, it is due to using the same file name for multiple pics. Please check to see if you've done that and then swap out these pics for the correct ones. Thx.

another question for you guys why is there errors only on certain years why isn't there errors in every year is it that they haven't been found yet or why

@Prisbrey1, The question stand alone is legitim question. The answer is other. Those errors or varieties are direct proportional with each year production. SM an LD was because two different master dies was use. your year was a clean year from this point of view. To understand more I suggest to try to accumulate the knowledge of minting processes by years. Not each years was same, like not the production lines was. The thinking of "why is not possible or could happened" is just folklore.

Every year production it is very well documented. References are the Congress documents and the Mint Reports. You has your answer.
