I'm having a hard time with this cent I found at work today. It's in rough shape and to me some areas look like a lamination issue but then it seems to have corrosion appearance or maybe a corrosive chemical or acid. I get my new scope tomorrow to examine closer however posting these cell pics for now. Thank you for your time and thoughts.

I agree it is some sort of acidic substance
