Hello all, Attached are two pictures o the mint mark, which appears to be a repunch, and the letters around the coin. Am I correct in the type of doubling for the letters and if so does it anything to potential value when paired with a RMM?   |

@walt, the step-like doubling which is reducing the width of the letters is Machine Doubling and does not add numismatic value. "If you climb a good tree, you get a push."

 to the forum! I'm with Spence, looks to be MD. Look at your shot you gave of the mm included, everything is doubled in the same direction, another clue to MD. -makecents-

MD is common on halves, for some dates the lack of MD is relatively rarer

What is RMM, never heard of that. Not worth sending in. Your coin is MD not a doubled die.It does have silver value though. John1  |

Why submit a coin that is a silver melt coin value coin to spend $50+ to have it put in a slab? You will never get a plus value back to cover the slabbing. Just sell it for melt value and call it a day.
