ok on my 1981 P quarter what are these faint I guess blob's in front of the bridge of washington's nose and right behind the back of his head plus is it called a die clash the spiting eagle did I call it right

what are the blob's and I must have put this in the wrong spot because when I was researching it I came across where I asked you guys about it but I'm still kind of curious about the blobs

so are die clash's are the on both side of a coin? does that mean it's on both sides of my quarter? I have always thought it was on one side or the other.

When the dies clash, it leaves an impression of the design from the opposite side. If it's strong enough, both dies will pickup traces of the clash. All coins struck with that die pair will show the clash until a die is replaced or one or both dies are polished to remove the clash.

so how collectible are the and where do I go from here am I the first one to find a die clas in this year and am I supposed to send it off so that it is recorded some where I really dont know because I cant find one on line in this year of a coin
