This one is presently for sale on ebay. Not sure I agree with the handsome remark. Any guesses on how ICQ graded this one? Yes there is a Peace dollar under there!

I'm not for dipping coins, but this one definitely needs one.

Wow! I'll guess MP-22 as in Monkey Pox '22. I would have gone for the + grade if I could see ANY of her face! The eagle, on the other hand, is just suffering from a mild case of Bird Flu. He'll be fine.

This is why Peace dollars get a bad rap! But yes, grading for this one is best left in had, and it is only technical grading as this toning will kill any value.

Yikes, that is one ugly dollar. I like attractive toning, but (as NumismaticsFTW mentioned) this one would be a candidate for dipping. I've never done that for a collectible coin, but would probably make an exception on this one... And, as others mentioned, I don't think there is any way to grade this coin, especially the obverse, from a picture. The obverse sort of looks like a Jackson Pollock painting...

The problem with dipping this, is I'm not sure there is actually a Liberty beneath the toning...

I did cheat in hopes that it was graded AU and cheap (as I do believe it is MS) and I will actually agree with the technical grade but not the plus!

I've stared at this for well over a minute and cannot for the life of me make out Liberty's nose from her lips and lips from her chin! . As far as grade goes..

Very hard to grade a dark toned coin from photos.

Just looks like a pile of sand. Trying to make out the obverse is like cloud watching. You are just guessing and seeing things.
