Possibly uncirculated hard to see behind all that brown crappy toning . I would give it a couple of quick dips in E-Z-est .

toning is pretty bad but what I've found is that TPG's ignore that. not sure why as it affects eye appeal but

Try acetone before E-Z-Est. Despite claims, when you put a coin with original luster beside an E-Z-Est coin, it's easy to tell the the more artificial look of the E-Z-Est.

If you are thinking of sending in for a grade, your costs to grade will put you in the hole compared to the coin's value.
