This on the reverse looks weird. Hope I can explain what's going on.
In most of the pictures that area at bottom left looks like a glob on the coin. It's actually pretty flat with the field.
The zinc colored is on top of both copper and dark area. Some area's in close to the rim has that dark looks to be on parts of the copper. In the mix of the zinc flow there's speaks of copper ( black arrows) there's more but just pointing out a few.
Back in March 2021 Mike Diamond pointed out on a couple of my other coins that their problem was Pre-Strike Planchet Damage.
I've included couple of those pictures.
(Sorry hope all that made sense. Sorry for extra pictures. )

I'm not sure if this coin falls in that category.

I'm definitely not going to disagree with @md, but I don't understand how to tell whether the dame occurred before or after striking so I would just default to it must be damage. I'm hoping to learn something though.

I think your coin is PMD - going on the damage to the rim - if this were a planchet error, I think the rim would have formed fully and not be dented in like this.

Thanks Spence and Dearborn for comments.
I will stick with Mike Diamond also Spence.
Dearborn I can see what you're saying about the damage to the rim. If you look at the damage it looks to have been done afterwards. Both sections are damaged.

Back in March 2021 I thought there was something on the coin.
The zinc looking stuff looks like it's on the coin in spots but not in some.
It's like mixed in the copper in some areas.
I included a picture from the 2011 D.
In the lower part of the circle it looks like it's peeled off in some areas
But in the same area there's copper mixed in.
The black arrows are pointing to raised area. Like it's going to peel off.
Check out the letters UN and above N closer to the rim. It looks like copper is missing and only zinc is showing but also the zinc color is on top of the copper.

Sorry for

The difference would be if it is above the plating, or under the plating on the zinc that you are seeing? If above the plating, then it would be post strike happening. But if the zinc area is below the plating, then that would be the un-plated areas. Just can tell from the images which it is?

Thanks again everyone for looking.

Coop. It's weird. It's both.
Looks like something is eating away the copper. It doesn't look like zinc rot.
