A bit of both. A later die state coin with Machine Doubling.
1. Note the ares below the devices on the reverse. You can see die flow lines under the devices in the direction of the closest rim. (Die wear)
2. Note the outside edges are affected by Machine Doubling. If you are looking for a doubled die there, that is not where you will see a doubled die. On the doubled dies, look at the centers of the devices to see hub doubling (Doubled Dies) Note how this helps when you are looking at a DDR:

Where is the hub doubling? Note, the devices? It is on the center areas of the devices, not on the outside edges, where Machine Doubling happens and die wear shows in the direction of the closest rims.

Note the spread on the DDR? Note it is on the centers of the devices.

Note how the devices are enlarged by the hub doubling, on the centers of the devices. Look there first if you are looking for a doubled die. Not there? Move on to the next coin.

CoopHome: How to spot a DDR and know where not to look for a DDR. outside/inside edges will show Machine Doubling and die wear towards the closest rims. a DDR will show spread in the center of the devices.

If you can set your camera to take larger images, then you will have better clarity on the images. But this will take up more space on your camera. So after editing the images, remove them from your camera. (reducing the a large image to a smaller cropped size, will give you a better image. Too small of an image and then enlarging it, will cause blurred and pixelated images. Best to have a large image, crop it and then reduced the size of the image to what you can post)

CoopHome: How to get better images from a budget camera? larger image size on camera, crop and resizing images will help you get better images
