What I see is a triple punched "O" and it's one of the Griffin Gr-65 varieties, 65, 65a or 65c. Griffin assigned a rarity 6 to those 3, but I think it's much more common, since I have a few and more than a few. It's a nice coin and good find. If you want to look it up as a Haxby number go to https://www.vickycents.com/ and then to the "ID my coin" as the section choices across the middle. You should use the R/P'd 5 or the "O" as the initial marker for the search. The rest of your coin has a great deal of Die Deterioration Doubling and may have been the reason that the "O" had to be manually repunched.
There's only ONE Obverse type but, if you are talking about the Haxby number, then you just have to go through the obverses that are paired with that reverse and look for die crack or other markers to get to what it is.
