Note the affected areas on the '4' and and States and America are all showing the same thing? "What is that?" Note all those devices are showing wider devices, meaning that those devices were altered by a grease will on those devices.

Might be a tapered planchet. With the rev. weakness on the RICA, that lines up with the 4. I've never seen a zinc tapered. There wouldn't be too much of a decrease of weight.
