I don't think it is either one [or even an RPM], but it would be helpful to AT THE LEAST provide a link.
The people on this website are all volunteers and provide information because they enjoy helping others, the least you [and others] could do is help out with helping them.

A link to what? CopperCoins? You can google it at https://www.coppercoins.comI guess I just figured seasoned cent collectors would know about that. Sorry.

I think CentStation,s point was it would be helpful when mentioning a specific coin and website it would be helpful to us to provide a specific link when asking for our verification. And yes, links would be most helpful. Thank you CentStation. [:i]

And of course, slight misaligned die (obverse) and a die chip in the 9.

Nice MAD on the coin. The MM is certainly damaged, but is there split serif on the lower left side of the D?

I thought it was an interesting combo, with the MAD, the die chip(s) and what could be a low left split serif. Thanks everyone for having a look and providing the input.

Kind of hard to tell with all the glare, but it does appear to have split serifs on the bottom of the D. I would say probably an RPM, but take a look through the reference sites to see if you can match it. Not an off center strike as others have said.

Weight? If under weight, some devices on the same areas on both sides of the coin will show weakness. (Tapered planchet issue) Note the weakness of the strike? Too thin on those areas to strike up a full devices, because the metal weight wasn't there. Edge View: CoopHome: Can under weight affect coins strikes? yes. weakness on the same areas on both sides will be seen on thinned planchets
