So I don't want to assume this to be die crack, as they don't appear to make full round. Yet they are clear mint damage. Anyone have a little insight please

In order to see the whole picture about what you are trying to show us, we need to see the whole coin, sorry but just a few marks on a coin does not give us much to go on.

Looks like coin damage. The bottoms of the STATE are showing slight Machine Doubling.

This coin sound more a planchet problem.

Really these or this crack, whether it's one or many are all across coin. They appear to be one, but there are areas along seam of the building that it is hard to trace

I already saw those kind of cracks how you say and all was planchet problems. When the Zinc is rolled could molecular detached if is missing proper annealing before the rolling process..
