A hello to everyone on this site. Been gathering goins for over 35 years. Never tried selling them until recently. Now trying to sell all my pennies and nickels. Hopefully they're worth something.
Peace

We hope that you can make something, but most coin collectors soon realize that this usually does not happen! We do it for the entertainment value.

When it comes to increasing values with coins, the scarce coins become scarcer, the common ones stay common, over a period of many years.

In this case, the 35 years could be long enough.

Most collectors buy individual coins to build their collections over the long term.
Maybe that is the sort of market you could be selling into.

They are worth at least a penny and a nickel. Since you've been collecting for 35 years YOU should have an inkling what is a key date and what isn't. If you just took all the pennies and nickels from change, chance are majority are just worth a penny or a nickel.

Sounds like you have been "Jarring" pennies and nickels .
Not collecting .2022-35 is starting in 1987 .
Sounds like you are going to need a lot of coin wrappers from the
bank . Most likely nothing more than face value as stated earlier .

Like gambling, coin collecting is about the euphoric highs and bottomless lows....definitely not about the profit. If that happens at all it's usually incidental.
