Found this today and I'm normally a penny collector so I naturally don't know much about bank notes. Any information on the type of error is appreciated (if it is an error) and whether or not it has any value more than face. Thanks in advance for the help.

John calls it. Part of it missed the wrapper and ended up on the note.

We see these quite regularly on here.
Just the edge of a tellers stamp that missed the
band that was wrapped around the bills.
