The hairlines everywhere are a telltale sign of a harsh cleaning - especially when they extend across the devices.

the last photo you posted of the obv most definitely is showing signs of cleaning. looks like some type of mechanical cleaning took place possibly whizzed.
UA details (cleaned) if you can return the coin I would

Cleaned. The hairlines that extend from the fields through the devices are a giveaway. If it were die polishing, would only be in the fields.

Harshly cleaned. Note the common parallel long strokes/ scratches all going in the same direction on the obverse...too bad
