I cannot tell for sure, with the pics given but maybe take a look at cc's 1984P-1DO-008 and 1984P-1DO-009,. If there is any doubling, it is light. I have several 1984 P's, that I've kept over the years, that seem to have extra thickness. They could just be later die stages though, where the devices have spread.

If I remember right, the devices are thicker that year.
