It's disturbing how quickly it's judged as "garbage" based only on the fact one of this making has evaded being seen. Allow yourself to have a open mind because proof is a plenty that the "mint" is way far from producing perfect specimens without some mischief involved
how about better pictures - with better lighting - these are too dark. Can you post up the reverse - can you take the new pictures out of the 2x2? Now I'm not saying that this is an authentic 'coin' minted with 2 heads - as it was not. I just want to see it better to ascertain if the small novelty 'coin' was glued on top of it or inset into a real coin.
Everything and anything you find is not a mint error or variety. 95% of what you find can be explained as manmade, or environmental. This is a miniature coin glued or pressed onto a real coin. There is no way it came from the mint like this.
