It seems to be a normal 2000 D LMC with post-mint damage that has removed the copper plating thus exposing the underlying zinc.
Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures

Looks like the coin was sanded and you are seeing the zinc peeking through the plating. Spender. Alter coin, now a cull coin.
