Hello and thank you everyone who welcomed me. Today I found this 1967 Dime that is clearly the wrong color but also the the "T" in trust is not there but is this damaged or error?

Hello and

The brown color of your dime looks like environmental damage, typical of a coin buried in the earth and then dug up.

It looks as if the last 'T' of Trust may have been damaged. Possibly a metal detectorist found the coin and used a screwdriver to locate it in the soil, scraping the coin with the screwdriver: this might account for the scrape that has obliterated the letter T.

I agree, environmental tarnishing/staining post mint damage. I agree as well that most likely this was at one time a buried coin.
